Yemeni meatloaf
1 LB ground beef
1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 TBS flour
1 TBS olive oil
1 tsp. Zhoug (herb & spice blend)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 TBS Tahini paste
1 TBS lemon juice
2 TBS water
2 tsp. pine nuts
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for Tahini paste, lemon juice and water. Shape meat mixture into a greased loaf pan. In another bowl, mix together Tahini paste, lemon juice and water; pour over meat. Sprinkle with pine nuts. Bake at 350-dgrees F for about thirty minutes, or until meat is fully cooked. Serve.
