Knotwork Baking

If only I'd had this baking tray (knotwork) while making my Classic Irish Shortbread:
I still might buy it from Gael Song anyway. Now that my husband has grown to like the Irish goodie, I'm sure I'll be making it a few times a year rather than just at Christmas.
