Shrimp Sandwiches

Split buns or rolls. In a bowl, combine shrimp, salad dressing and lemon juice. Place mixture in buns or rolls; top with lettuce, salt and black pepper to taste. Alternate preparation: Using a closed sandwich roll or bun, cut off the top and scoop out bread (being careful to retain the shape of the bread without holes). Stuff the empty cavity with shrimp mixture and lettuce, sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Serve.
