Japanese Fried Chicken
12 chicken legs
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 C flour
Oil for frying
Rub the salt and garlic powder on chicken legs; let stand for ten minutes in a bowl. Pour milk on the chicken; spread flour on the legs, shaking off excess. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or wok to about medium-high; fry each chicken leg for about ten minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Serve.
