Taco Seasoning

• 4 TBS instant minced onion

• 2 TBS chili powder

• 2 tsp. paprika

• 2 tsp. dried red pepper, crushed

• 1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano

• 4 tsp. salt

• 1 TBS cornstarch

• 1 TBS instant minced garlic

• 2 tsp. ground cumin

Combine ingredients and store in a sealable container in a dry place.

 

Note: Taco Seasoning is typically used in dishes such as Beef & Cheese Enchiladas, Italian Tostadas, Lentil Burgers, Mexi-Dabs, Monterey Chicken Burritos and Taco Salad.
