Also known as Nun's Pastries or Brown Sugar Rolls
Leftover pastry/pie shell dough
Butter
Brown sugar
If you have any leftover strips of dough from making a pie shell, combine them together and form another ball of dough. Roll out dough on a floured surface. Spread butter over the dough, and then sprinkle on brown sugar. Roll the dough as you would an egg roll; slice the roll into 1/4" or 1/2" pieces. Place on a greased cookie sheet (with space between); bake at 350-degrees F for ten minutes on one side. Flip pieces over and bake for another ten minutes. Baking times may vary, so keep an eye on the little rolls. They are done when all sides are a golden brown.
