9 C milk, divided
1/2 C smooth peanut butter
1-1/2 C chocolate mix for milk (Nesquik)
Whipped cream to garnish
In a large pot, combine one cup of milk and the peanut butter. Stirring frequently, cook over low heat until smooth. Increase heat to medium, and slowly stir in the remaining eight cups of milk and the chocolate mix. Stirring occasionally, cook just until mixture simmers. Pour into coffee mugs. Garnish each serving with whipped cream; serve immediately. Recipe makes about 9-1/2 cups of cocoa.
