Food Fare: Tea Time RecipesHerb Tea Smoothie

In a bowl or measuring cup, combine hot water with six teabags. Allow to steep for three to five minutes. Remove tea bags; allow tea to cool and then place in the refrigerator until well-chilled. In a blender, combine vanilla yogurt, frozen fruit and half-cup chilled tea. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.
