Similar to You Tube, the video web site Food Tube contains "video recipes from many countries around the world. You can also add your own video, or star in your own." Per their request, I'm spreading the word.

Food Tube is a great idea. There are hordes of foodies in the world, and the web site gives them an opportunity to display their particular skills or recipes via video. People who are not so much foodies but want to learn can browse the videos as well. The wonders of technology never cease.

Videos are grouped and a search option is also available. I was keen on the Japanese section, naturally. Maybe someday I'll take the time to create my own film version of Irish cuisine, although the category has yet to be formed.
