I meant to post this photo sooner, but I've been a tad busy the last few weeks.
New Year Eve's Dinner:
Spring Rolls are categorized as an Appetizer on Food Fare but can be served as a main meal as well, especially the way I prepare them. I use large won ton skins, and stuff the egg rolls to within an inch of their life. Fried rice is a great accompaniment.
I'm a terrible food photographer, so please be kind.
