Whipped Sweet Potatoes

• 4 to 5 sweet potatoes, peeled

• 3 TBS butter

• 3 TBS thick cream

• 4 TBS whisky

• Salt & black pepper to taste

Peel sweet potatoes; cook in a pot of boiling water until soft. In a bowl, mash the cooked sweet potatoes with a manual masher, or with a hand-blender. Stir in the butter, cream, whisky, salt and black pepper. Mix well and serve hot.
