2 cans (6 oz. each) tuna in water, drained
1/4 C green or red bell pepper, seeded & chopped
1 C celery, sliced
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
1 C evaporated milk
1 TBS flour
Salt & black pepper to taste
Hot cooked white rice or egg noodles (for serving; optional)
Drain and flake tuna. Combine tuna with remaining ingredients in a skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until heated through.
Suggestion: Serve over hot-cooked white rice or egg noodles.
