Grilled Swordfish
1 swordfish steak (1-inch thick; about 1 LB)
Juice of 1 lime
2 TBS soy sauce
Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine lime juice and soy sauce. Marinate swordfish in the mixture for about fifteen minutes. Grill swordfish about three inches from the heat source for four to five minutes on each side. When center of swordfish is no longer translucent, remove from grill. Serve at once with lemon wedges.
