Apple Cake
4 apples
1 C flour
1 C sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
Nonstick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Coat a round nine-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Slice apples; place slices on the bottom of prepared baking pan. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together; add flour and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Pour batter over apples. Bake for about forty-five minutes. Allow cake to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
