1 LB ground beef
1 can (10.5 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
2 TBS sour cream
1-1/2 C egg noodle pasta, cooked according to package directions
Salt & black pepper to taste
Parsley (for garnish; optional)
Paprika (for garnish; optional)
Cook egg noodle pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with salt and black pepper to taste. When meat is fully cooked, drain off excess grease. Return ground beef to skillet; add cream of mushroom soup, and a half-can of water mixed with two tablespoons sour cream. Mix well. Fold in cooked pasta; stir gently to combine. Sprinkle top with parsley and paprika for garnish, if desired. Serve.
