1 C whole-grain cornmeal
1/4 C maple syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
In a skillet, roast cornmeal over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until fragrant and lightly browned. Add maple syrup and salt. Mix well. Keep stirring until dry, then remove from heat. Recipe makes eight servings.
Note: Psindamoákan is similar to granola.
