1/2 C granulated sugar
3/4 C packed brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 TBS flour
1 TBS heavy whipping cream
8 TBS unsalted butter, melted
3/4 C pine nuts, shelled
1 (9-inch) pie shell
In a bowl, combine sugars, eggs, vanilla, flour, cream and melted butter. Whisk mixture until well blended. Fold in pine nuts. Pour filling into pie crust; bake at 350-degrees F for about fifty minutes. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
