2 oz. raisins
1 LB beef or wild game jerky
2 TBS brown sugar
2 oz. cranberries
5 oz. suet
Run the dry jerky through a food processor a few times. Add the ground jerky, cranberries, raisins and brown sugar to a loaf pan. When the mixture is well blended, melt and stir in suet. Allow suet to cool and harden. Store in a cool, dry place.
