Peas with Sour Cream Sauce

• 1 1/2 C fresh peas (sub with frozen peas)

• 1 medium cucumber, peeled, & diced

• 1/2 tsp. tarragon

• 1/4 tsp. marjoram

• 1/2 C sour cream

• 1/2 C mayonnaise

• 1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)

Cook peas and diced cucumbers in boiling water until peas are tender. Drain. Using a double boiler, mix together the remaining ingredients. Simmer for about five minutes. Pour mixture over peas and cucumbers. Serve.
