Peas with Sour Cream Sauce
1 1/2 C fresh peas (sub with frozen peas)
1 medium cucumber, peeled, & diced
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/2 C sour cream
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. sugar (optional)
Cook peas and diced cucumbers in boiling water until peas are tender. Drain. Using a double boiler, mix together the remaining ingredients. Simmer for about five minutes. Pour mixture over peas and cucumbers. Serve.
