2 TBS butter
1 C fresh button mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, peeled & minced
2 tsp. soy sauce
Black pepper to taste
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms; cook and stir until mushrooms soften, about five minutes. Stir in minced garlic; continue to cook and stir for about one minute. Pour in soy sauce; cook and stir mushrooms in soy sauce until liquid has evaporated, about four minutes. Serve.
