Lemon Butter

In a small saucepan, combine butter and lemon juice. Simmer over low heat for about five minutes, stirring occasionally. Recipe makes enough for four to six servings.

Note: Lemon Butter is a simple yet delicious dipping sauce for shellfish, especially crab and lobster.

Suggestions: Serve with Lobster Tails with Lemon Butter or Surf 'N Turf for Two.
