Lasary Voatabia
Tomato & Scallion Salad
1 C scallions, finely diced
2 C tomatoes, diced
2 TBS water
Salt to taste
Dash of Tabasco sauce
In a small bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix lightly but well. Chill for several hours and serve.
