Garlic Popcorn

• 4 C prepared popcorn, buttered

• 1/4 C Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated

• 1 TBS finely minced garlic, fresh or from jar

• Pinch of dried parsley

In a bowl, combine cheese, garlic and parsley. Mix well. In a large bowl, toss together popcorn and seasoning. Serve at once.

 

Note: Fresh garlic or commercially packaged garlic in a jar tends to spoil within a few days if not refrigerated or kept in a cool place.
