For One
Lettuce, shredded: Boston (butter), iceberg, green-leaf or romaine
Lawry's Seasoned Salt (optional)
Russian Salad Dressing (or other dressing of choice)
1 thin slice gouda cheese, torn into strips & then halved
1 hard-cooked egg, peeled & sliced
5 chicken nuggets, baked, cooled & cut into small strips
Assemble lettuce on a plate; sprinkle with Lawry's Seasoned Salt if desired. Add Russian dressing (or other dressing to preference); toss gently with a fork to coat. Place the gouda cheese pieces on top, followed by sliced egg and chicken nugget strips. Mix gently with a spoon or fork to distribute flavors evenly. Serve.
Recipe makes enough for one large serving or two small servings.
