Broccoli, Meatballs & Seashells
1 C leftover broccoli flowerets (fully cooked)
10 frozen Rosina meatballs (microwave-cooked according to package directions)
1/2 C large seashell pasta, cooked & drained
Olive oil
Salt & black pepper to taste
Kraft Parmesan, Romano & Asiago cheeses (shredded)
Cook meatballs in microwave according to package directions; drain and set aside. In a medium-sized cooking pot, cook seashell pasta according to package directions (or to desired doneness); drain well. Return meatballs and pasta to cooking pot; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Gently stir in cooked broccoli to combine; simmer over low heat for a few minutes to heat broccoli through. Top with cheese. Serve.
