Angel Hair & Mushrooms

For One

• 1/4 pkg. angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions

• 1-2 TBS butter

• 1/4 C button mushrooms, sliced

• Salt & black pepper to taste

• Parmesan cheese to taste

Cook angel hair pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside. Melt butter in a skillet; add sliced mushrooms and sauté until mushrooms are soft. Place cooked pasta in a bowl, top with cooked mushrooms and buttery liquid. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and Parmesan cheese to taste. Serve.
