Zabaglone
Wine Custard
6 eggs
1 C sweet wine (Marsala)
1/4 C sugar
Combine ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Place in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until thick, stirring constantly with a whisk. Serve warm or cold.
Suggestion: Serve custard with Biscotto Pignoli (Pine Nut Cookies).
