Turkish Spice Mix

• 1 TBS mixed pickling spices

• 1 1/2 tsp. crushed dried savory

• 1 tsp. ground black pepper

• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

• 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

• 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

• 1/2 tsp. crushed dried mint leaves

Combine ingredients; grind in a spice mill to a fine powder. Store in a sealable container in a dry place.

 

Note: For use on lamb, seafood, poultry and rice dishes.
