2 C cooked turkey, diced
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning salt
1 C prepared turkey stuffing
1/4 C green onions with tops, sliced
1/2 C frozen green peas, cooked
1 C milk
1/2 C Bisquick baking mix
Rich Turkey Gravy (optional)
Grease a 9" pie plate. Arrange the diced turkey onto the pie plate; sprinkle with the poultry seasoning salt. Separate stuffing into small pieces; arrange on top of the turkey. Top with the green onions and peas. Beat the eggs, milk and Bisquick until smooth; about fifteen seconds in the blender on high. Pour the Bisquick mixture into the pie plate. Bake in a 400-degree F oven for thirty to thirty-five minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out dry and clean.
Suggestion: Best served with Rich Turkey Gravy.
