1 can (16 oz.) chili without beans
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 jar (8 oz.) chunky salsa
1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped green chilies (keep liquid)
1/2 tsp. cumin
Cheddar or mozzarella cheese, shredded
Black olives, sliced
Green onion, sliced
In a saucepan, combine chili, refried beans, cream cheese, salsa and chopped green chilies with liquid. Cook over low heat for about fifteen minutes or until cream cheese melts, stirring frequently. Sprinkle top with shredded cheese, sliced black olives and sliced green onions. Serve warm with crackers, chips or Tortilla Fingers.
