Creamy Garlic Dressing
3/4 C mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/4 C sour cream
2 tsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
6 cloves roasted garlic, finely minced
2 TBS milk or cream
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients, stirring until the mixture is smooth. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Recipe makes one cup (sixteen 1 tablespoon servings).
