Iranian yogurt with sparkling water
Plain yogurt
1 tsp. black pepper (optional)
2 tsp. salt (optional)
Dash of mint
Seltzer water
Ice cubes
Halfway fill a tall glass with the yogurt. Add black pepper, salt, and mint; stir with a spoon. Continuing to stir, add enough seltzer water to fill the rest of the glass. Stir well and add ice cubes. Recipe makes one serving.
Note: If a thinner consistency drink is preferred, add more seltzer. For a thicker consistency drink, add more yogurt.
