Creamy Coffee Martini

• 4 TBS Irish cream liqueur

• 4 TBS vodka

• 4 TBS chilled brewed coffee

• 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

• Ice

• Whipped cream (optional)

Fill a cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add Irish cream liqueur, whiskey, brewed coffee and vanilla extract. Shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into a martini glass. Top with a dollop of whipped cream if desired. Recipe makes one serving.
