Café Nss Nss
Moroccan Coffee; also known as half-and-half
2 C milk
2 heaping tsp. instant coffee (or more to taste)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cardamom
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. sugar (more or less to taste)
Heat milk in a small cooking pot until hot or until frothy bubbles and skim appears on surface. Remove and discard skim; stir in the instant coffee, spices and sugar. Strain coffee into a carafe or individual cups; serve.
