Boulevardier Cocktail

• 1-1/2 oz. bourbon

• 1 oz. sweet vermouth

• 1 oz. Campari*

• Ice cubes

• Orange twist

Combine all ingredients (except orange twist) in a mixing glass. Add three or four small ice cubes. Stir mixture briskly for about thirty seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange twist and serve.

 

*Note: Campari is a bitter Italian apéritif, red in color, which is made from a blend of herbs and spices.
