Bisquick Baking Mix

• 9 C flour

• 1/3 C baking powder

• 1 C powdered milk

• 2 TBS powdered milk

• 4 tsp. salt

• 1 1/2 C vegetable oil

Sift all dry ingredients, cut oil into flour until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Store in a sealable container in a dry place.

 

Note: Use in place of packaged Bisquick, including biscuits and pancakes.
