2 salmon filets
Lemon juice
Juice of 1/2 lime
Black pepper
Dried dill weed
Aluminum foil
Preheat oven to 375-degrees F. Rinse salmon filets under cold running water; shake off excess moisture. Line a baking pan with a large square of aluminum foil, big enough for extra when folding up. Place salmon filets on foil in pan; season with a few dashes of lemon juice, lime juice, Lawry's Seasoned Salt, black pepper and dried dill weed. Bring up corners of aluminum foil and pinch to secure; leave a small opening to vent. Bake for about forty minutes to one hour (depending on thickness of filets). Salmon should be flaky when poked with a fork. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before opening foil. Serve.
Suggestion: Serve Baked Salmon with steamed asparagus and Easy Cheese Potatoes, if desired (as pictured below right).
