Easy Turkey Pot Pie
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pkg. (about 9 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 C cubed cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 C milk
1 egg
1 C all-purpose baking mix
Preheat oven to 400-degrees F. Mix the soup, vegetables and turkey in 9" pie plate. Mix the milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over turkey mixture. Bake for thirty minutes or until golden. Serves four.
Believe it or not, we're just about out of turkey from Thanksgiving. Between Wilbert and the dogs, they have managed to work it over quite well.
