Blueberry Muffin Pudding

Although I'm not one to consume many sweets, I recently became a convert of Blueberry Muffin Pudding. Talk about a taste sensation! The four-pack is fairly inexpensive ($1.59). They are cheap yet tasty snacks that will surely go a long way in satisfying my infrequent sweet tooth.
Cranberry Hill Inn (Maine) has a rather easy recipe for blueberry pudding, although I don't think it can be made as cheaply as the packaged variety:
Blueberry Muffin Pudding
10 blueberry muffins
Butter
2 C milk
1/2 C sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Whipped cream
Fresh blueberries
Crumble leftover blueberry muffins into a buttered baking dish. Beat together milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour mixture over crumbled muffins. Bake forty minutes at 350-degrees F until pudding puffs and forms a crust. Spoon warm budding into individual serving dishes and top with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
I'm less enthusiastic about the orange-cream flavored drink from Sobe, which I also tried recently. It's nice for a change, but not something I want to drink on a regular basis. I'll stick to my daily dose of Lipton Half & Half, thank you. Cost plays an important factor as well. I can buy a tall can of half-and-half for under a $1, while Sobe products seem to be over-priced ($1.49 for 20 fluid ounces of orange cream).
