Baked Fries

I prepared hamburgers today, which in itself is not remarkable, but the accompanying French Fries were.
I don't like greasy food while Wilbert loves it. I wanted fries with the hamburgers, so as my husband slept I cleaned and sliced four large potatoes, cutting them lengthwise into the shape of French Fries. Leaving the skins on, I sprinkled the potatoes with bits of garlic salt, Lawry's seasoned salt, black pepper, paprika and parsley.
I baked the "fries" at 450-degrees F for about thirty minutes, when they came piping hot out of the oven. They were greaseless, I might add, but Wilbert loved them.
Condiments for the burgers included mushrooms, Swiss cheese, sliced tomato and sweet onion, cooked bacon strips and shredded lettuce.
