Creamy Chicken

I never tire of the daily recipes from Campbell's Kitchen. Most of them are excellent, with very few "duds." It's hard to decide which ones to share, but the following combines two wonderful ingredients - chicken in a creamy sauce:
Creamy Chicken Bake
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Cream of Broccoli Soup (or fat-free)
1/3 C milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 jar (4-1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 C dry bread crumbs
2 TBS butter or margarine, melted
Place the chicken in three-quart shallow baking dish. Mix soup, milk, garlic powder and mushrooms. Pour over chicken. Mix the cheese and bread crumbs with butter and sprinkle over chicken. Bake at 400-degrres F for thirty minutes, or until chicken is done. Stir sauce before serving. Serves four.
There seems to be no end to what you can prepare using soup concentrates as a base. Most recipes turn out grand.
