Culinary Collection Updates

I've spent most of the summer updating titles in the Food Fare Culinary Collection. The update process includes reformatting text for e-book release (there are specific but different formats for both Amazon and Barnes & Noble).
Depending on the length of the book, it takes me anywhere from two to four days per title. It's quite a task, but I'm pleased with the results so far:

Malagasy Matsiro (Madagascar)
The only book cover I overhauled was for Basque Flavors. The "updates" also include new information about a specific country or their culture, so part of my time is spent on research as well. I'm currently working on Mexican Cantina, which is one of the largest e-books in the collection.
A new graphic button was also created for the Basque Recipes page:
Arabic Cookery is still on the agenda for 2013, so check back for updates.
