More Kitchen Hell

Now that Hell's Kitchen is over for the season, I'm currently watching re-runs of Kitchen Nightmares. I believe new shows will broadcast in September, not that far away.
The first Kitchen Nightmares episode I watched last Tuesday was about the rejuvenation of the Olde Stone Mill in Tuckahoe, New York. The owner of the restaurant claimed to want change but was obviously resistant to Chef Gordon Ramsay's suggestions for improvement. High drama and visually unappetizing food started the episode, but in the end all was well as the eatery was re-opened as a successful steakhouse.
I think I prefer Kitchen Nightmares to Hell's Kitchen as there is no "competition" tension, but rather the enhancement of a flagging restaurant with much humor thrown into the mix.
