This afternoon I tried Egg Beaters for the first time. I made a batch of scrambled eggs for lunch, and was impressed with the wonderful taste.
Part of my "egg-revulsion" has to do with the yolks. Egg Beaters are perfect for me since they're made from 99% egg whites. I just wish I'd tried them sooner.
The Kroger brand equivalent to the same product – dubbed "Break Free" – tastes the same but costs about two dollars less.
