One for Mum

As my mother loves anything tomato-related (especially sauce), I think she'd love the following recipe from Campbell's Kitchen:
Tomato Cheese Bread
1 loaf French bread
1 can (11 oz.) Campbell's Tomato Bisque Soup
1 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 C shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 C chopped green onions
1 tsp. garlic powder
Cut bread into lengthwise halves and place on baking sheet. Bake at 400-degrees F for five minutes. Mix the soup, cheeses, onions and garlic powder. Spread bread with soup mixture. Bake for five minutes or until cheese melts. Cut into slices. Serves four.
