Curried Chicken Spread

Another tasty recipe from Campbell's Kitchen - how can you lose when using their soup base as an ingredient?

 

Curried Chicken Spread

3 TBS nonfat mayonnaise dressing

3 TBS chopped chutney

1/4 tsp. curry powder

1 can (4.5 oz.) Swanson Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, drained

1/2 C chopped tart apple

1 TBS chopped, unsalted dry roasted peanuts

 

Mix mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder, chicken, apple and peanuts. Makes 1-1/4 cups. Kitchen Clip: For extra tangy flavor, stir a spoonful of low fat plain yogurt into sandwich spread. Raisins are also a sweet, chewy addition to the chicken salad. Serve sandwiches on hearty Kaiser Rolls with thinly sliced cucumber.

Utter yum!
