Greek Oikos

The Greek-style yogurt from Oikos has become one of my favorite snacks. Blueberry and vanilla flavors top my list.
From the Oikos web site:
Oikos Greek yogurt is a creamy-thick yogurt, made in the authentic Greek manner by straining out some of the whey, or liquid portion of the yogurt, leaving more of the milk solids. Though Oikos Greek yogurt is not produced in Greece, it is made according to the authentic Greek manner of production, which removes some of the whey through straining, leaving more of the milk solids.
Oikos (licensed by Dannon) offers other products such as dips and frozen yogurts. Their web site also has a slew of recipes with yogurt as the main ingredient.
