Soupy Sandwiches

This sounds interesting from Campbell's Kitchen:

 

Souperburger Sandwiches

1 LB ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell's Tomato Soup

1 TBS prepared mustard

1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

6 hamburger rolls

 

Cook beef and onion in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, mustard and black pepper and heat through. Serve in rolls. Makes six sandwiches.

The dish is something my husband would probably like.
