Flatout Feasting

With
my teeth in semi-working order, I am once again able to enjoy decent
food. While I like mashed potatoes, puddings and other soft edibles,
they do get tiresome day after day, week after week, and month after
month.
My latest good grub is wrap sandwiches made with Flatout flatbread. The bread is soft and pliable, unlike packaged tortillas, and has a wonderful nutty taste. Lately I have been making wraps using deli-thin corned beef and pastrami, with provolone cheese, Dijon mustard with horseradish and pepper-sprinkled lettuce. I also eat a handful of Sun Chips on the side with a tall glass of Arizona Iced Tea with Lemon. What a meal!
I'm looking forward to trying grilled cheese with the flatbread (cut into triangles), along with cream cheese and herb fillings, tuna, chicken and egg salads, and more. If you like sweets, spread the flatbread with jams, jellies or whatever tickles your fancy.
Give them a whirl!
