Lunch at the Tavern

Wilbert and I met my cousin Sheila for lunch today.
The selected venue was Irish tavern Jack & Dan's Bar and Grill, near Gonzaga University in Spokane. The place is owned by the father of former Utah Jazz player John Stockton. (Note: Jack Stockton sold his half of the tavern in 2006).
I ordered the fish and chips while my husband had the deluxe hamburger. Yes, they have American food in Irish pubs. It was delicious. I couldn't help but notice that my fish and chips were freshly prepared. Very tasty goods. I'll definitely revisit.
The ambience was typical: dark and cool, with big-screen TVs hanging on the walls and bar stool chairs. The pub also sells Irish t-shirts and other paraphernalia, some of which I'm sure is basketball-related.
It was a nice interlude.
